I miss old DQ!. I miss DQ from days past – and this location reminds me that DQ is everything but what it used to be. That isn’t to say that there aren’t some decent DQ’s out there – there are, but this isn’t one of them. Bad customer service, and inconsistent product. It is bad enough the DQ’s prices have risen beyond belief (take a soft serve ice cream cone), but it is even worse to contend with ambivelent service and lackluster product. Won’t return to this location.
Not what it used to be. I remember dairy queen being the place to go years ago. what happened? is it now just too big a corporation to deliver quality product like they used to. the kids that work here were rude. one of the boys making blizzards was actually cussing with some foul language as he relayed a story to another girl they weren’t even paying attention that they made the wrong item. he just shrugged and threw it in the trash and re-made it. i will be sending this to their corporate office.
Oddness abounds here…. What can you say about a restaurant that proudly displays the fact that they cannot distinguish between a real and counterfeit J103 Coupon ? They have a sign up that says in lieu of the counterfeit coupons, NONE will be accepted… Oh, and if there were a problem with counterfeit currency, would they stop accepting it too? Or what about the lemon lime freeze that I wanted, it’s on the menu board, but sorry… we don’t make or have that one anymore… And what about, never mind that you parked on the side, we will only let you leave at the front door and walk around to your car ??? Great Customer Service will keep me coming back every time… to bad they don’t understand that here…
