In Chatty on vacation. Place was packed! Was told it would be 20 minute wait. It was worth it! Good Times Nachos were awesome! I got the Cowboy Sirloin, wife got 1/2 rack of baby back ribs. Both entrees were delish. Service was outstanding, manager even checked on us. Wife wishes one was in hometown.

Proceed with caution!. I took my office staff of eight (8) to this location and was VERY disappointed, yet again. I thought I would give it another try since my last disappointment had occurred last year, but boy was I wrong to cave in to the second-chance-syndrome! Out of 8 meals, 6 were unacceptable! 3 meals were provided from the kitchen incorrectly (incorrect meat or sides). An additional 3 meals had hair in them! The hair was in our roll basket, salad, and in the battered shrimp – how disgusting! This is my second visit where I’ve found hair in my dish(es), so if you don’t want a brush as a side dish to your hair infested entree, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
Faithful Go-to. O’Charley’s was one of the first restaurants I tried when I moved out to Chatty about 4 months ago. My taste buds fell into deep appreciation with the first bite of the spicy jack cheese wedges. They are a must-have any time we eat in. The rolls are crave worthy and potato soup melt-in-your-mouth rich. O’Charley’s is my family’s faithful go-to-joint.
Great food and wonderful selection of entrees, appetizers, and alcoholic beverages. Atmosphere is family oriented and wait staff friendly. I will return.
