Great!!!. I read these reviews before going to the hixson tn red Lobster today on 8/26/2013, so I went expecting bad service and not so good food. VERY WRONG!!! The servers were so nice to our party of 20, even carried on conversations. The food was very good not over or under cooked not one of us had any complaints. I would deffinatly reccomend this red lobster, and will deffinatly be back. Thow I have never been to the Hamilton place location to compare. Thank you guys and girls at red Lobster for your great service and food from the volunteer pastilles employees.
Terrible. I went for lunch and had 1/2 doz. oysters, and lobster pizza. 2 of the oysters were not edible, as bits of broken shell all in them. So they did a crap job on that. The lobster on the pizza was WAY overcooked, dry, rubbery, and some like chewing cardboard. The service was mediocre. I felt like I was robbed, paying $25 for that meal. I will never go there again.
Okay. I’ve only been to this location a couple of times and it was good but not as good as the one at Hamilton Place Mall.
Not the Normal Red Lobster. We moved here from Western NC where we have several Red Lobsters. We went to the one in Hixson expecting the same quality. BUT this one is really bad!!! Service not so good. Food just bearly mediocre. The only half descent part of the meal was the the cheese biscuits, and they were overcooked! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The food is good here, but the service is hit or miss, depending on the server. The Hamilton location is more consistent, as far as service goes, for some reason. Manager attitude is my guess.

I had the fish n’ chips. The fish was so dry. Beef Jerky could be more moist than that. Biscuits are excellent!
