    Had a great experience here Sunday. Both entrees we tried (sirloin and coconut shrimp and chicken and broccoli pasta) were very good and the garden bar was well stocked and delicious. Service (Jennifer) was outstanding. Will be returning regularly.

    I’ve eaten at this restaurant since try opened in 2007. You am tell the changes in management have seriously affected the way the restaurant. The most recent change has by far been the best thing that could happen to this restaurant. Rhonda, the new GM, had shown so much effort in changing the way this restaurant runs. The food is more consistent and just as delicious as any Ruby Tuesday I’ve been in other cities. I see great things happening for this restaurant. I look forward to Eating there each weekend now.

    Awful!. This location is quite possibly the worst Ruby Tuesday location I’ve ever visited. I’ve given this place several chances and each time, I am disappointed by poor service and cold food. Additionally, the kitchen and waitstaff are so loud and obnoxious – especially the man who appears to serve in a head chef type-of role; they are so loud, it makes for a terrible meal. Part of the problem is the open kitchen – the whole set-up is a recipe for disaster. Further, Ruby Tuesday’s prices keep climbing, making the whole dining experience not even worth it. I know it has literally been decades, but whatever happened to the delicious brown bread and honey butter? Yum!

    Service was awful!! Was seated at dirty table and took waitress 10 minutes to take my drink order, should’ve known to leave then. Never got our biscuits, after asking multiple times. Took another 20 minutes for server to ask for our order. My husband and I got the chicken and talapia tri…our advice…STAY HIME AND HAVE YOUR 6 year old cook for you!!

    I have to revise my previous review. After I had posged it, ohr server came to take our plates. I guess she noticed I hadn’t even eaten half of mine because when she came back with the check she apologized and offered me a free dessert for the trouble. I still probably wont come back because even though good service is important, I don’t trust the people who actually make the food. I did have to comment on the servers integrity, though. that extra step she took for a customer is rare to find.02 May, 2012Service was ok. Ordered turkey minis amd salad bar. Turkey was burned severely and they made sure to put the burned side down to hide it. Won’t be back.

    Service not consistent. This Ruby Tuesday’s is a hit or miss you just never know. We have had great service with a great meal then the next time order cooked wrong along with bad service.
