Clean but disappointed with customer service. As a frequenter of Taco Bell restaurants I’ve been to one in almost every state east of the Mississippi. This Taco Bell has been one of the worst when it comes to customer satisfaction. Overall, the staff are nice, but I like my burritos grilled and no matter where I go this has never been a problem until now. I had never been to a Taco Bell where this request was so adamantly refused. Even when there is 0 people in line at this taco bell they still refuse. The manager does not offer a satisfactory explanation. I don’t mind waiting an extra 2 min to grill 2 burritos. I just don’t understand why this simple request can not be granted.
