Absolutely the best BBQ I have ever eaten!!!! I’ve tried all in the area, most in Memphis, Nashville, and Knoxville. Liz’s is the best of them all!! The building is simple but clean. The whole hog is truly pit master status.
Best BBQ Sauce. My husband and I moved to Henderson about a year and a half ago, when we were moving in, our neighbors brought us some bbq-Liz’s. We were in love instantly! Her pork is the right amount of smoked, and always juicy, and her sauce is outstanding! It’s more of a vinegar based sauce, which is my favorite. Her store isn’t the nicest place, and obviously smells of pork, but we always get it to go. Liz can be hard of hearing, but she has always been friendly with me. I highly suggest this BBQ if you’re in the area looking for some delicious local fare 🙂
