This Los Portales used to be out go to place at least twice a week. However, they’ve continued to decline over the past couple of years. A group of 6 in my family went one eve and could not get served for the waiters flirting and falling over a couple of tables of women. No refills and the order was wrong, twice. We tried them again, same issue with the inattentive waiters and the order is never right. The beans are always lukewarm along with the service. We order no sour cream. Never, ever does it come out minus the sour cream the first time. So it is for sure I’ll be eating alone because it takes forever to get it the second time. We love Los Portales in every other location except close to home. We tried it again a couple of weeks ago. All the same issues still exist. Lukewarm beans, sour cream on everything, terrible service and terrible food. No more 5th or 6th chances here.
