Pleasantly Surprised. My husband and I try to stay away from chain restaurants when dining for a special occassion. However, we made reservations for Valentine’s Day dinner. I was not setting high expectations on one of the busiest nights of the year, but we were quite pleased with our evening and meal there. We both had salads, steaks, baked potatoes and desserts – all of which were nicely done, and the steaks were cooked spot on. The staff did a great job that evening, and things seemed to go smoothly, especially considering the number of customers they had to serve that particular night. We had a nice visit and will be returning in the future. – enjoy!
Great place to catch lunch. Always enjoy the food and service. Only one time our meal wasn’t cooked correctly and had to be sent back. The manager served us our meal and talked to us. Highly recommend!
Pretty good. Overall a decent meal. Steaks were cooked right and there were options for the non-steak eaters. If this were a rating out of five stars, Id say a 4.
Pieboss. Love this place, the steaks generaly come out as orderd but could be more tender. The cuts of meat could use a bit more marbleization but over all pretty good for the price. We liked the atmosphere a lot.
Terrible service. I thought for a higher price steak place the service would be at least average, I was wrong. Our water glasses ran dry without refills, our waitress repeatedly got our order wrong. Wrong salad, wrong soup, didnt ask how we wanted our steaks. Our plates were never picked up and piled up on our table. I hold management responsible. If they don’t know how to train their servers, then they’ve lost our business.
