First impressions are very important and my first impression here was not great. Not a single one of the 5 different workers I saw behind the counter greeted us when we walked in the door. Of course we stood there confused for a couple minutes because we had never been before and didn’t know what they process was. So customer service was poor in our opinion. Pizza crust was tasteless and dry. Toppings and sauce were pretty good though. Would possibly try again. Overall not my favorite pizza in town by any means but I gave it a try!
Good restaurant with a great atmosphere. I waited a little long for my food to come out, but it was definitely filling. It’s definitely worth the wait!

Bit of a wait but very good. Siracha chicken was great!!! Staff is very helpful and nice to be sure you get what you will like. Desserts are good too.
This place is OK that’s about it. Pizza was about average price maybe a little more but mostly the food just wasn’t that great. My biggest complaint is with the parking lot though you have to circle around the building just to get to the door to come in and it’s all one way traffic. I know it’s called NY pie but you don’t have to make the driving like NY too.
Real NY Pizza. Being a NYer that misses real NY pizza, NY Pie is the real deal. Best NY style pizza in Nashville and actually cooked in a stone deck oven!
