We have been here several times and will be back. They have true country cooking, with true country-sized plates. The sides are all seasoned so good! They serve really great fried okra, if you like that sort of thing. 🙂
The first time we went to Abbay’s we loved it, but as time as passed it seems to have went down in food and service! Just not one of my favs as I thought it would be! 🙁
Southern homestyle food cooked like it shoud be. Vegetable portions could be larger, but overall a great place to eat.
The food is labeled as fast-home cooked food. I didn’t get that out of the two meals we have eaten there. Some of the vegetables were greasy and the fried chicken and country fried steak were so-so.
