Soooo Good!!!. This place is soooooo good. If you are looking for a filling, delicious, home-style meal this is your spot! Don’t miss the hush puppies (my mouth is watering just thinking about them)! They also have great specials and the service is always good! You can not go wrong eating here!
Great catfish, great service. And the guy who owns the place Carl Perkins wrote Blue Suede Shoes. I have since given up catfish but would be mighty enticed if I ever walk through these doors again.
Good name. What’s in a name? Cabin – check. Catfish – check. Good catfish, great prices (esp. for all-you-can-eat), and great hushpuppies. Nothing else to say really.

Good food at a good price. I’ve been coming here for years and can honestly say I’ve never had a bad dining experience. Floorplan is very open, great for families and large groups. The hushpuppies and slaw are unlimited. I can honestly say that I like the hushpuppies and I am not generally a fan of them. I always ask for the vinegar slaw and it is very good. They serve all kinds of foods but we generally go there for the catfish plate.
Love the Cabin. I’ve been eating at Catfish Cabin since I was a little boy (three decades). It is one of my favorite Jackson places. Every time I go home to Jackson for the holidays, I have to stop at the Cabin. Great hushpuppies and slaw — unlike any other I’ve had anywhere else.
