I had the chicken and steak fajitas, certainly among the best I’ve ever had.
Coyote Blues is one of my favorite restaurants in Jackson! We have always had great service and the food has never disappointed. I’ve ordered a different menu item everytime and haven’t found one I dislike.
Great chicken chimichangas, corn succotash and corn grits. Anytime I’m in town, I eat at Coyote Blues!
We live in Memphis and drive to Jackson to eat here. I have had nothing but incredible food and experience every time!
Amazing, unique food. Good drinks. But, its very expensive and the service is HORRIBLE. Never had a good a server here. They aren’t attentive and visit the table maybe three times the whole visit
Great food, good portions! Try the Crawfish and Shrimp Burrito… Bring a jacket if you have a tendency to be cold in restaurants.
Wouldn’t go back. I am in visiting and had been looking forward to going here all day. The crab cakes were delicious, but the service was terrible. I agree with whomever said that they treat you poorly when you are dining alone. Unfortunately, this is the case with many restaurants, but it shouldn’t be. Some places do an excellent job whether you are by yourself or in a large group from whom they will probably get a good tip. Just because it is a small loss in tip money if you treat a solo diner like crap, they can still go tell other people not to come to your restaurant. Treat ALL of your patrons politely and with respect.
