Slow service, messed up order, kitchen and wait staff prep area filthy!. We were traveling through and decided on a good meal out… While the flavors were decent the food was overcooked, the order wrong, extremely slow service, and the kitchen(which we had a full view of) was so filthy I do not know how they stay open. If I were a health inspector I would not have to look far to shut them down.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!. Don’t waste your time & money dining at this Logan’s Roadhouse in Jackson, TN. Not only was the service sloooooow & neglectful, our meals were almost inedible. The shrimp was like eating rubber, it was so overcooked. Another guest ordered salmon that had a nasty white film & was also overcooked. The vegetables were bland with no seasoning. What a disappointment! The bucket of peanuts they give while waiting was the only thing worth eating.
Terrible Dining Experience. Worst dining experience in 60 years. We arrived at 6:15. We were seated 1 hour 5 minutes later.( 7:20)Our food arrived 1 hour 15 minutes later (8:35).It was cold, steaks dry, sweet potato burnt black, and one of our party never got her food. We will never return.
Lousiest Food In Jackson. Logan’s Roadhouse has some of the worst food in Jackson. They have a NEW CEO and from what I understand he’s an ex McDonald’s exec. The menu is constantly changing. I know someone who worked there and they are getting less & less quality ingredients and cutting corners everywhere.The once juicy & thick burger has been replaced to a small McDonald’s standard patty and the quality of the steaks are even worse. And be careful if you pay with a credit card, because I have seen it reported on more than one site that they will JACK UP YOUR BILL with a BIGGER tip and you’ll be fighting with your credit card company when the bill arrives.The management team is a joke. Managers fraternizing on the job, bringing their noisy children to work with them and asking servers to babysit is NOT a good afternoon atmosphere if you want to enjoy a relaxing meal. My husband was in LOVE with the menu that introduced some AWESOME burgers. That lasted no time & that menu was gone. Replaced by something NEW, higher priced and lower quality. They certainly need to go back to some of the GOOD QUALITY STANDARDS they used to practice and hire a NEW management team for the one in Jackson.01 Oct, 2013Lousy Place to dine. Bad food, lousy kitchen practices & food quality. Standards have GONE WAY DOWN. Constantly changing menu with lower quality. Used to be a TOP 10 Company with slipping standards! Horrible management.
Food took forever to come. We got one thing to go and it took over 30min AFTER we finished eating to arrive.
Good Food and Cooking Entertainment. The burger I had was very good and cooked correctly, but the best part was that they cook steaks behind the window to put on a show for their customers. Of course they throw a lot of butter on the grill away from the food just for a firey effect, but this was very effective for entertaining my 3 year old daughter. Next time I will try the steak, they looked really great and they let you pick your steak before they cook it.
