Crappy all around. Quite possibly the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced, and this comes from a very forgiving person when it comes to food service industry customer service. my advice: don’t go an hour prior to closing. you’ll experience the worst of the worst. not to mention the staff being too lazy to pull another container of ice cream from their freezer when they run out. it’s really not that hard to be nice to your customers & restock a flavor an hour before your store is scheduled to close instead of being so consumed by cleaning your store & acting put out when customers are waiting for you to simply do your damn job. seriously though, you had an ENTIRE HOUR left to be open to customers. a WHOLE HOUR… get it together, maggie moo’s jackson.
