A mandatory stop every time a pass by. Great buffet, in a nostalgic dining room. My family loves it too. I can’t wait to visit it this place again!

I was very disappointed. Looked like it was sitting there all day and tasted that way too. Hope I don’t get sick tonight

All you can eat slop. I finally gave this place a try on my way back to Memphis and was disappointed. Service lacked, prices were high, food was bland and the truckers talking about the Bible so loud that everyone could hear them was unappealing. I enjoyed the salad bar, fried chicken and mac n cheese but the mystery meat and the rest of the veggies weren’t good at all. The guy stocking the hot food bar was complaining about his job and the tips they get right in front of everyone. That made me laugh. Looks are deceiving here and I would stop at Barnhills across the street if you want a country buffet in Jackson.

Great store. Fair food.. Great breakfast buffet. Lunch is fair at best. Dinner is nothing to get excited about. Not very clean on the inside.

Great Country Cookin’. Stopped by for a visit to the Country Store Gift Shop. To my surprise, I found some of the best country cooking around. Cracklin’ Cornbread, White Beans and Ham, Macaroni and Cheese. Greens and much more… Buffet on one side and Blue Plate Bar on the other for eat in or take out. Homemade Desserts and Fried Pies!!!

This place was great. The food was all southern. The buffet had catfish, fried chicken, black eyed peas, greens, and more. The price was great for what all you get.
