This particular Olive Garden was great! Servers were very nice, the place was immaculate & ask for Patrick. He was our server and did an excellent job!
Terrible service. As a server myself, I’d say I’m pretty patient and understanding. But this was unacceptable throughout. Our server, Vanessa, was either new or challenged. She didn’t know any menu items, and fidgeted whenever under pressure. She had to come back twice to change or confirm our order. Our appetizer was placed at other table and when they realized the mistake, tried to place it onto ours (YUCK)! When I inform the manager (a pretty blonde, though never told me her name and couldn’t care less), she seems like this is a usual ordeal. We have to ask five times for one thing, she knocked over our drink upon placing the entree on the table. It was such terrible service, we all both left biting our tongues, incredibly irritated, and with our appetite gone. We will never be back.
Absolutely the worst Olive Garden I have been to. Upon waking in the door, we were asked to sit in a booth that was cleaned and was asked to wait for that table when the rest of the restaurant ( with multitudes of seating) was clear. But we were asked to wait….The food…. Salad.. Too much dressing! I know you have dressing but this was swimming.The server… Did not remember out order and it showed upon the arrival of our order, MESSED UP!The wait again for food to be right….The server spent more time eating at the bar than helping the customers…Never again while traveling will I or my family eat at an Olive Garden..Needs leadership!!!update! I got an email message from the GM apologizing for the experience.
10 minute wait is more like 45 minutes. 30 people arrived after we did and have already been seated. Make that 34.
Your typical olive garden. Great Ambiance. The food is awesome. Recommend the Ravioli.
