Stopped by around 6PM to pick up soup and sandwich. There 6-7 people in line. Two registers were open. I noticed someone who was paying when I got there came back to the counter asking for his order. I asked for 1/2 dozen bagels. My order was not taken. Both cashiers went to bagels and started pulling many out. The girl asked the guy if he was pulling her order that was laying on counter. He was getting an order he rang up after hers. She was then short some of what she had sold. Her customer was irate and said he had counted before he ordered and there was enough for his order. The guy kept putting together his order -taken after hers. I walked out. The customer was still trying to get what he paid for. Pitiful job of processing orders.

Bread GOOD Bagels JOKE
My wife and I have 2 kids under six. We can’t get out of this restaurant without spending $40+ for soup, sandwiches, and two kids meals. Kids meals are $5 and do not include a drink. Not competitive.
General. Food – Very goodCustomer Service – Very goodWi-fi – Very, very slow (esp. over the last month or so) even when there are minimal computer users in the restaurant at a given time. Likely, as the in-house unencrypted wireless signal is traveling some 300 feet from the restaurant, the commercial businesses in the surrounding area are accessing the Panera network and thereby causing this problem. Thanks.
