The food is just ok and service and management make it a place I will never return to. The server forgets to put in an order for one person in the party and never even offers an apology let alone take anything off on the bill. We inadvertently left our credit card and when we went back to get it, they were extremely rude. Being a new resident to the area, it takes Redbones off our list of restaurants and one we would never recommend to others. Get a staff that realizes that average food without good service is not acceptable!
Hands down, the best place in Jackson! I eat here almost every day for lunch because the lunch specials are impossible to pass up on. The service is always excellent and the atmosphere at night is unlike any other place in Jackson
Redbone’s is one of the best restaurants that I have been to in the West Tennessee area. The service and food were excellent! I had a dozen oysters on the half shell (which were incredibly fresh) and a bowl of gumbo. Both were outstanding. The live music made my experience even better. I definitely will be coming back here any time that I am in Jackson
