Horrible Service. We went to the twist for a good meal and left very disappointed. We were taken to our table and given menus where we then waited 15 minutes for anyone to take our drink orders. This was only asking for a waitress from another employee. We then waited another 15 minutes after getting our drink to place an order. 30 minutes later we receive an average hamburger. My drink remained empty at the end of the table for over 20 minutes while the entire staff including the Manager walked by our table. The Manager walked around the entire time and never asked or checked on one single table that I could see. Felt as if I was bothering them guess I was expecting to much. Surprised they are even open with the customer service they offer. They don’t have to worry about anyone at my table bothering them anymore.

Great Atmosphere and Food. I have eaten here twice and this has become my first choice for a romantic dinner out. The drinks, food, and service are all wonderful.
Surprisingly delicious food in hotel. I travel a lot for work so I’m used to getting pretty mediocre food in hotels, but Twist is the exception. I’ve now eaten at Twist three times and I’ve loved everything here. The fried green tomato BLT is delicious and even the bread they bring to the table is fabulous. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in Jackson.
