Poor Service, Poor Food. My party of three ordered a 16 strip family pack online and were told there would be a 25 minute wait so we arrived about that time. The restaurant was about 1/4 full with people at 4 or 5 tables. After an hour, we received our order: soggy fries that we re-baked in the oven at home, cold chicken tenders (that were actually the size of boneless wings) with nearly no sauce at all.Overall, the food was of very poor quality: not hot, not fresh, and not tasty. The service was also of poor quality.Wingstop manages to make Buffalo Wild Wings look like a high-quality wing spot with great service.
