Yummy. Just went the other night for my bday… it was so good. the tomato basil soup is the best! love everything I’ve tried. the waiter was good even though he had been there all day. our drinks were full and he stayed on top of all of us.
Not so special occasion. My husband and I went to Carrabba’s last evening to celebrate our one year anniversary. We were seated in a booth in the bar area, where I had a direct line of sight to the hostess station. Our server was just okay. He seemed to like the sound of his own voice better than listening to what we ordered. My husband’s order was wrong, and when we voiced what was missing off of his plate, the server brought something completely different (and not very tasty) than what we asked for. My husband was frustrated by that point, and just let it be. The girls at the hostess stand, and one in particular wearing a pink headband, were goofing off, acting silly, slinging a towel around, beating imaginary drums on the stand and countless other distractions during the whole meal. Very unprofessional. Didn’t need a side show during dinner. The food was mediocre at best. Not a great choice for a special occasion. Won’t be in a hurry to go back.

Great Service. I’m not always a fan of chain restuarants, but Carrabba’s gets it right everytime. Their food tastes fresh, well priced, and the service is always very attentive even when the place is packed. It gets very busy on the weekends and you can’t make a reservation but you can call 15 min ahead and you’re placed on the list. You can also bring your own wine!
They seem to be more attentive to service and quality over the past month. Say hello to Lamb Chop tending bar:)
Not that great need to do better.on some of their dishes and service.we go to a lot of places .so you really need to be great not just good. Lonnie
I love this food. Been here many times……food is always totally delicious. Please train the wait staff regarding friendliness……I’m sorry, but 18 year old kids shouldn’t act arrogant because they are a waiter. But enough about the people….the food is great. Pizza, lasagna, chicken, soup, all of it!
