Great food terrible service. Probably the best buffalo wings I have ever had. Though the service is absolutely terrible. I ordered 50 dry rub buffalo wings. I got there and they gave me 50bbq wings they said they would change it to buffalo. After waiting a hour they finally gave me the wings and they where undercooked like no other I told them to keep them and I left. Went to smokey bones who had them ready in 15mins and they where very good.
Food is good, service good, it’s clean but it doesn’t stand out. Just another OK place to eat in a town full of restaurants.
The food we ordered was very good. The menu was extensive which made deciding what to order quite difficult. After settling on the buffalo fries and the wing platter, everything was very good. The wings were excellent… Probably the best in JC. 75 flavors to choose from, with the ability to increase the heat level on each flavor. Service was above average. Will be back.
Good food. Great family friendly atmosphere. We ordered the buffalo fries and we were impressed with how crispy the fry’s were. they were excellent. We also ordered a mixed platter of 5 wings to try. they have over 75 flavors. this is the second time were were there. The first time was horrible, and our server was the worst ever. The manager at the time took care of most of our bill to make up for it. So we gave them another chance. The food and the service was way better. My only issue was a second charge on my visa from the meal that wasn’t ours. The manager is so far being very helpful in clearing this up. We’ll see…. but, a much better improved visit overall then last time.
Redemption. The food was hot and quick this time. Service was good. Much improved over my last experience!
Cant see it lasting…. After a decision to wait until the hustle and bustle of a new restaurant dies down, it still seemed like it was the first day after weeks of being open. Nothing about the service was particularly bad, as I had heard. They at least tried. However, the food – all 65 wings, and all fry orders – were painfully cold, undercooked and flavorless. Now that is nothing they cannot fix, but here’s the kicker. The atmosphere is incredibly off-putting and uncomfortable with really weird (awful) choices of where to build walls and put tables. With Buffalo Wild Wings being right down the street, with the perfect atmosphere anyone could want from a sports bar, I cant imagine anyone continually choosing this place.
The only thing positive to say about our experience last night was the motivation of our server to make all of the wrongs right. Between the ice cold wings, wrong orders, people in our party flat out not getting their order at all and completely disjointed service and utter lack of management involvement I can safely say that we will not be back. Out specific server was equally frustrated with all of the mistakes and lack of support. If not for her help last night we would have walked out long before the meal was complete. Unbelievably poor performance for such a highly billed new restaurant offering in JC. I suggest you just skip this place.
