Like all Chinese buffets in the area, everything is low end on the quality scale. Most of the food was a least warm, which is a step up from some places, and most of the dishes had a decent amount of sauce, so they were not dry.The Hibachi grill was kind of a disaster. The ‘chef’ was dead set on ruining anything you brought to him to cook. Which is a real shame because they have some nice, fresh items on the Hibachi buffet. However, the grill cook turned my chicken into leather. Seriously, I could not chew it. And my imitation crab disintegrated and turned to random bits. The veggies were so overcooked it was hard to tell what they were originally. And the whole mess was bland and flavorless.The restrooms are dirty and I can guess why. The whole meal gave me… shall we say it politely?… some ‘intestinal problems’ that lasted for hours.If you eat here, be prepared to spend several hours very near a restroom. And have plenty of air freshener on hand.

Johnson City does NOT have a good Chinese buffet anymore. Both of them are disgusting. It would be nice to have a decent Chinese buffet here again.
