RUDE!!. The person who owns this place is super rude! I ordered an orange chicken but it had no carrots just a few pieces of chicken and a whole lot of rice! I also ordered an extra shrimp sauce and paid for it, To get home and find out they didn’t even give it to me. I would have checked my bag like I do at all take out places but they tie your bag so tight that you have to rip into it to see anything. If I did that, then I would have no bag to carry 3 takeout meals in. I called and said what had happened and not only could they have cared less but they were very rude to me for even calling about it. Needless to say I will not be back!
NEW OWNERS. I must agree with the past reviews and say this was pretty bad but the new owners (I think about 1 year now) are excellent. There is no grizzle in the chicken, my husband get the steak and it is tender. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pretty good except the rice. When you order from Hibachi Express, always substitute noodles for the rice. The fried rice is tasteless and bland and basically tastes like white rice and butter. No vegetables or anything else added to it.I have tried the hibachi steak and the shrimp, both were very good. The sweet carrots are good as well. Just avoid the rice.
Even for fast Asian it was tasteless and bad…I have neen to similar places and quality and taste were better..it can be done. There was a huge pile of rice and low amount of the hibachi entree…which was bland. I threw most if it out.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I don’t know what everyone is talking about in regards to Hibachi being an awful restaurant with bad food! It is literally one of the BEST places to eat! It is quick, fresh, and tasty. I have not once had bad quality or bad tasting food from Hibachi Express, just sayin’.
Our Hibachi Chicken looked nothing like the photo….. Sadly there were no mushrooms and half the amount of carrots . We won’t be trying this again. But there sesame chicken and sweet and sour are awesome !
Decent and quick. I like this place because the food is decent and I can get in and out of there quickly. Good lunch spot, but not a date spot.
