Incredible!. I’ve come here a few times and always been impressed, but this last time they guys who took our order (Mike) told me about this sandwich he created yesterday and how good it was. I told him to just make it the way he did yesterday, and holy crap! It was the best sandwich I have ever had from a deli place! It was:Pastrami Sandwich on focaccia with chipotle aioli, ground mustard, grilled onion, jalapeno jack cheese, toasted and heated. Try it if you like Pastrami or Reubens. You won’t be dissapointed.
This is a Great place to do a quick lunch. The setting is great and you can get in and out within a timely manner. (30 Mins. Or less ). The pricing leaves a lot to be desired.
I LOVE the salad bar! Love that they have ORGANIC greens, crackers and salad dressings! I love the bean salad… Yummy!!
Food was alright, good for quick lunch, but its no Katz Deli
Miss the old Jason’s Deli. This was a clean, efficient and trustworthy deli when they first opened. But it has changed. They rarely get an order for a family of four right. The salad bar looks sad and we are the early bird types. My sandwich has lacked an ingredient listed on the menu each of the last couple of visits. It will be a while before I get back.
Middle of the road, try to avoid.. Jason’s used to be much better. Seems that economy slump has greatly affected the quality of their food and service. I refuse to order a specialty salad from them. Twice, I ordered one of the specialty salads only to get old soggy, decomposing lettuce that was unacceptable to serve and should have been thrown out. It seemed they took the salad that had been sitting in the display case for a few days and served it to me. Of course, I sent it back! They didn’t seem surprised… forget about an apology. The manager needs an attitude adjustment. She is hateful to her employees and treats them horrible. On two occasions I have witnessed her yelling at them. One was a new employee who simply asked her help to correct/clear a mistake at the register she didn’t have the ability/authority to do. the Manager didn’t seem to care that there were customers witnessing this. The last time we were in there the same manager was clearing the floor and sliding tables from one side of the restaurant to another an hour before closing and she made all the customers feel uncomfortable and rushed. That is and was the last time we will eat there.
Not the best. The food is moderate. The person running our food was more interested in his cell phone than bringing us our food. Cootie Browns Muffaletta is much much better
