My first very bad experience at Outback. Service was non existing, had to flag down some other waiter for refill of drinks, even so we ordered a 2nd drink. The steak sandwich was just bad, we couldn’t get a refill on the auous because the waiter was never there for us, the FF weresoft and my mushroom order was forgotten and than ordered after the rest of the meal was served.Our waiter made no personal connection or introduced himself by name.Needless to say, my tip reflected the service.
After a failed attempt to place an online take-away order, I discussed a credit card issue the next day in person with Mark, the manager. He quickly and courteously handled the situation to my immediate satisfaction. I then placed a new take-away order with Kayla. She gave me great advice in navigating the menu and was very sweet to offer a drink to help whet the anticipation of a delicious sirloin steak and bloomin’ onion dinner. Very impressed with the friendliness and pride of the staff in making a trip to this Outback Steakhouse a great experience.
