Terrible service, don’t prepay!. Placed carryout order online 1hr15min prior to pickup time. I showed up 5 min before it should have been ready, but it didn’t come out of over til 25 min later. No one apologized, no one offered further assistance, just shrugged their shoulders when asked if I can just get a refund and leave. Apparently if you prepay, they don’t care about you. Pathetic, I will go to Little Caesers next time.
