Try Monterrey’s. Try monterreys just open on hamilton place thats really good
Laughable Service. This was my first time at Poblanos, 3rd time for my parents. Where to start…..-Fajitas brought to the table (not sizzling or hot), no soft shells or toppings.-When asking a poor-English speaking manager about it, he offered to bring a salad out, avoided the issue at hand.-A rock was in my father’s refried beans.-My father and my food arrived at least 5 minutes+ after the non-sizzling refried beans.-Another manager was offended when we asked who the clown (he was dressed like a server, not a manager) was that came to address the issues previously (managers are apparently good friends).-The food was heavily watered down, including the refried beans, and was mediocre at best.-There was just poor quality control in the kitchen. Our server worked hard, yet had to be in an awkward position with the horrible service.All in all, a laughable experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the wait or the distance to travel to go to….
Decent food at best. Horrible service. Even worse management.. The only food that eaten completely was the cheese quesadilla. The steak in the fajita was full of grizzle and fat. Don’t bother complaining to management because they don’t care. Horrible service. If you like getting your food over a 20 minute span and not all together then by all means eat there. My dish was brought out by 3 different servers and I had to ask for the remainder of my food. It took over 15mins for me to get fajitas, the sides and the tortillas.
Terrible Food/Service. Use to be good when first opened but do not know what happened. How bad can one ruin a taco salad. Absolutely had to look to find any lettuce, was like mush in the bottom of the shell and looked like canned chicken. Enough salt to preserve the dead! Gross! Waitress and cashier were giggling and playing with cups that customers got from salsa bar. Definitely will not be back and apologize to all my friends that I had recommended the place to a year ago! Go there to appreciate staying at home to dine!
Terrible service, mediocre food. Staff was very rude and inconsiderate. Food was mediocre at best. Last time I ever waste my money there.
