Service Fail. Red Lobster isn’t what it used to be, at least not in Johnson City. Last time I went with the family to celebrate was the last time they got our business. Everyone got a cheese biscuit. ONE. When I asked for a basket of biscuits, I was informed that was contrary to company policy. Otherwise food was just okay. Their sea scallops looked more like bay scallops though.
Not sure if the food is fresh or frozen. Always impressed with the TV commercials but once the plate reaches the table,portion size is small but not the price.
It is horrible food!!!!. Went there fell for stupid tv commercial food was absolutely horrible we will not be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Right. It is a chain, frozen food re heated restaurant. Try going to a local one-of-a-kind instead!
