Was seated, 12-15 minutes before a server showed up (he only has one other table across from us). Took beverage order and left. 12-15 minutes I stood up and asked the other two seated tables if a waiter was working the area and one close by waiter spoke up and advised he would find ours. He shortly returned with the beverage taker who sat a beer on the table and cold bowl of potato bacon soup. Another waiter showed up and took over and took the food order. Food was soon arrive, the wife had a raw bloody steak on the plate, a cold baked potato (the butter would not melt). I was delivered flounder and shrimp with cold rice. My wife pushed the plate aside and ate the shrimp, I ate the flounder. I got a bill for $32, left a $50 gift card and left the balance for the waiter that took over, I shall never set foot in that shit hold again. The managers need to be on the floor and watching and not hiding in an office.
