After waiting ~35 minutes for food, the waitress said she’d check on our order. At 55-60 minutes, we asked again and were told the manager would come to speak with us. A manager never came. After waiting even longer, my sister went to find a manager and was met with an extremely rude attitude (basically idgaf) that left us running for the door. Waiting well over an hour with three toddlers absolutely ruined Father’s Day for the patriarch of my family.

Service was ok. Very small portion of Brisket that was tough. Worst Smokey Bones ever dined at.
Tonight has not been a good experience. The kitchen and wait staff have been very slow and there are not many people in here. The nachos were not as they were represented
