I’ve been to this place at least 5 times and upon every visit I have been disappointed. The last visit I had the waiter was rude, messed up the order and wouldn’t bring refills. I was there for dinner with my family and friends. I work hard for the money I make and I expect people in food service to do the same. I can say with 100% certainty that I will not take my business to this establishment again. Every server I seem to get is rude and lazy. In undergrad back in Morgantown you couldnt beat the service. Since being here in TN I can say I’m sadly disappointed with how the management has let this place become second rate.

Yuck!!. We went to the Texas Roadhouse on a Friday night , ordered prime rib ( rare) –they were out of, so we agreed to medium, ribs , with mashed potatoes & mac and cheese….. The waiter came back to the table, stating it would be an additional 15 min after our meal came for the mashed potatoes!! So again we settled for beans. Not a problem! The waiter brought my fianc beer, the glass was cracked!! When the food was brought out it was not at all what we expected, one might even consider it not worth eating…. The prime rib was dry… Well done!! But to the positive , the waiter was very nice so to avoid giving the young man a hard time we just pd and left!
Steaks are fair. Loud redneck music. Do they ever sweep the floor?
