Poor customer service this location. Shift manager and gen manager both involved in price/order discrepancy… No apology, no concession offered. Made customer feel stupid. Wow.
The employees are the problem with this store. The food is the same as the other Zaxbys. They took my order, then read it back correctly, and then somehow managed to enter it wrong into their register. They are about half as accurate as McDonalds on there orders. The manager just said sorry, no offer to fix the problem.
