Honest homestyle cooking, service. I often visit Amber on lunch breaks during the week, as well as occasionally on the weekend. Their prices are great, quantity is good – you get value for money. Service is usually very friendly and quick. Atmosphere is homey – it’s not a substitute for Cracker Barrel or a yuppified brunch spot. Amber keeps it real, and I’m glad to count myself as one of many regulars who enjoy this place on the regular. Try a lunch special, try something new to your palate.

Good Country Cooking. For over 20 years I have had many, many meals at Amber Restaurant. I have always been very pleased with my meal. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. And ready to great you with a smile. It may take a few minutes longer to get your food, but it’s always homemade, hot and fresh.

I’ll Pass. There are many reasons to visit a restaurant, but none of them were found here. The food was less than decent, but the staff were kind. I think you probably have to be a regular to get warm, friendly service. And, since I was less than thrilled with my experience, I’ll not be becoming a regular. Go to any fast food restaurant; the quality will be better & faster.

Ate here 3-4 times a month for over 16 yrs. It was a great place to eat until about 2007. Not sure what happened afterwards, but everything now tastes like pig grease
