Good and fresh gluten free food. I suspect they are fussy about using artificial ingredients and they don’t seem to use processed foods. All is tasty. The quiche on the gluten free crust is great. And I love the curry chicken.
They also have vegan, dairy free, nut free and soy free offerings as well. Sat breakfasts are great, large variety, and weekday good lunch offerings, plus smoothies and frozen take home food. So glad this place came to Knoxville! Locally owned.
