We went here on a Tuesday evening with a large party of 20. To begin with, we were not seated together – we had one big table and one small table and that just made the folks at the small table feel left out. The pace of the food service was surprisingly slow given that there werent a lot of customers around that night. We ended up waiting a full 15 minutes before order was taken and a good 15 minutes before the appetizers started arriving. We were all there for 2 hours and if not for the conversations at the able distracting us from our hunger, we would have come out grumpier.

Best Meal in past few months. Great Place, great service. Our server T.J. was wonderful. I come from a foody town (Montreal) and this beats the meals I’ve had there in the past few months. Had the duck confit, was perfect and had the best pecan pie.Congrats
A perfect place for a perfect meal. Lovely menu options served artfully with an amazing selection of wines.
We had a great time!! Nice atmosphere and the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. I was in Knox for a college visit and our waiter personally talked with me for 15 minutes about the school and campus. It was fabulous. Also the veggie burger is the BEST I’ve ever had. They use black eyes peas. DELISH
A Fine Meal in Knoxville. We live in Chattanooga, and we’ve never found a really great Knoxville restaurant… until now. Our first meal at Bistro By The Tracks met or exceeded all our expectations. My wife and I started with duck sausage and asparagus salad, then had seared scallops and stuffed quail. All were well-conceived, expertly prepared and very nicely presented. Desserts were wonderful. Service was flawless throughout. Prices were very reasonable for the quality delivered. The restaurant, though in a mall with TGI Fridays next door, is intimate within, with cozy booth seating ideal for couples. It will be hard to talk ourselves into eating anywhere else if we’re visiting Knoxville and want a fine meal.
Amazing meal-from the appetizers to the desserts. Thank you Chef Stallard. Will miss you in Charleston but glad to have you back in Knoxville.
