6/25/16 – We stopped by today for lunch (wanted something we had not tried before and my daughter told us she didn’t like it) to try it. I believe the flow of the restaurant (pizza line, checkout, drinks, etc.) is excellent (much better than Maddio’s). The build-your-own is a great value – anything you want is less than $8.00. I tried the spicy red sauce (holy moley, it’s good) with normal cheese, pepperoni, black olives, bacon, red onions, roasted red peppers. The crust is thin and light – baked perfectly. The front-end service is also good – one of staff is responsible for cleaning the dining room and he made an effort to speak to everyone…pretty cool.

Its 7..95 for a build your own pizza with all the ingredients you want. it is a pretty good size six small slices. If you are a light eater you could probably split this. TIP ask for extra cheese!

The pizza is good, not great. But what I was really unhappy about was they don’t do orders over the phone. Only online, and the online site is kind of complicated. Also the staff wasn’t that friendly. It was my first time and I was that impressed overall.
The key to Blaze is the unlimited toppings for the set $7.50 price. I think I got double digits. Worked out great for the wife and kid. I’ll go back again.
Quick and efficient service. Ingredients very fresh and diverse. Staff very courteous and helpful. Great new place for a quick meal!
