Somewhat on the fence. I almost gave it a thumbs down but I still like the place. Just needs some time and some experience in the market. The place has an awesome look. Great beer selection which is a big plus. The food is ok. They tried really hard to get too fancy with it. simplet ingredients, fresh and cooked right would have been better. The service though is where things are really needing some attention. I was hoping to spend some time there but I couldn’t ever get my server to acknowlege my glass was empty much less offer another so I left for another place. overall, I hope they get a few things nailed straightened out and it should be one of the best around. I’ll give it another shot in a bit.
This oversized man cave offered excellent service & good food. However, upon departure, be prepared to smell like smoke. I ordered the Nuts n Berries salad, which the menu affectionately called Rabbit Food; aside from the promised but missing chicken, the salad was good. The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly. The server was knowledgeable and very attentive.

Love it. Great atmosphere inside and out. Great food, best grilled chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!! Cant wait to watch some football there. Go Vols!
Great for lunch. My first experience with Bucket Head Tavern was one Saturday night. Not knowing it was a smoking bar, we walked in to find both a lack of seats and a hearty amount of smoke. That night we left, but came back at a later date to finally try it.Well, the lunch atmosphere is much different than the night atmosphere (a very good thing). Not terribly crowded, makes getting a quick meal very easy. The food was very tasty and priced well. Excellent chicken wings/fingers (honey chipotle are the best), good quesadillas, good fish and chips. My group of friends has been back several times for lunch and drinks and have yet to be disappointed with either. Would definitely recommend for lunch if smoke isn’t your thing.
