For our mother’s birthday celebration last night we needed a place whose menu could accommodate two out of four people on very restricted diets. We’ve had good meals at Carrabba’s before and thought it would be a safe bet.Our meal was — flat out bad. The side salads were wilted and tasteless. There was barely any creamy parmesan garlic dressing on them. They looked bad and should never have been served in the first place. We sent them back and received the same poor quality again. The waitress did give us extra salad dressing on the side, which was a nice gesture, but the lettuce was really inedible. Nobody ate their salads. The entrees weren’t any better. Several us of had garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. The vegetables had no seasoning, so we had to use lots of salt and pepper to make them edible. My mother’s filet was cooked way below the done-ness she had requested (it looked raw) and was full of gristle, as had been her same steak the previous time she ate here. I had the shrimp and scallop entree with crumb topping and lemon cream sauce. Same story. Totally lacking in taste. The presentation was as bland and uninspired as the flavor. The only saving graces of this meal were the Prosecco that two of our party had and the ice cream and chocolate desserts. Total check for 4 people, including tip, was $134. I don’t see us returning. This was the second disappointing meal in a row there for three of us. We used to be able to rely on Carrabba’s for a good meal, but not anymore.

Amazing bar tenders. I ate at carrabbas on a Thursday night and sat at the bar. They have recently renovated the restaurant and it looks amazing! Johnny and Phil were the bartenders and they were great! Best service we’ve ever had. We had the Mahi wulfe which instantly became my new favorite dish and my wife had the prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin. The sauce on the tenderloin was to die for! I could bathe in it. I’ve never had a bad meal there and we’ve always had the best service sitting at the bar. They are truly a customer first company

Love it!. Be sure to sit at the pizza bar and enjoy Downtown Mike Brown! He is the reason to go! Great Food and he’s so nice especially to kids! Thanks Mike and Carrabbas!

It’s to little food for the very expensive price. Not to mention the fact that you can’t have a good meal if you have an allergy. I am allergic to lemon. Almost everything there has it in it and is made that way in the morning. I won’t go back.

They have a Seafood Catalonia and they premake it so that you can’t order it without lemons if have an allergy and though currently they added a Salmon Crabcake platter at a higher rate, the Crabcakes are also premade with lemons and the portion size is that of an appetizer yet they charge for the price of a dish that’s at least 4 times that size at other restaurants. My Asparagus was burnt as well as the Mushroom Tomato topping. I left hungry and ripped off with no offers to entice my return or favorable review. I may not be the best dressed person in the place but, I don’t feel I should be treated any different than the second class snobs that they seated around me either, just because they’re dressed to the nines! This is the last time I go here and waste my hard earned money again!

Best Italian food in west Knoxville, hands down. The pollo rosa maria is the best thing on the menu!

Never had a bad meal or service, many visits and we’ve tried a lot of the menu.
