Reviews looked interesting so decided to give this one a shot. Looking for something lighter so ordered the fresh trout with lemon sauce and zucchini and mixed veggies. It’s a special today for $15.Arrived at around 6:30. Place was clearly popular for a wide variety of people. Some dressed up some looked like just got off the mower. Menu is pretty straight forward with nice selections / variety. Staff recommended the Rooster Coburn sandwich but I went with above choice. Plate come out as shown in the picture. Grilled /sliced zucchini and mixed veggies with parmesan sprinkled over the top. Served on top of a bed of rice. The fish was moist and skin ever so crisp but not tough. It softened a bit sitting in the sauce. Nice touch of mild heat/ seasoning on top. I ate everything. I normally don’t do desert but they had a Panna Cotta that looked awesome. It was! A yogurt looking dish with pomegranate, Honey whipped cream and pistachio nuts. Delicious and for $7 a real value. Service (Carlin) was attentive considering the traffic. Couldn’t done any better. I definitely will be returning for future meals.
