Poor Service. Arrived 10 minutes after my party had, they hadn’t been able to order because after waiter served the drinks, he disappeared after hearing they were waiting on me. 10 minutes after I arrived, he finally showed back up. Took 40 minutes to get our food, and as he brought out half our order, I asked that mine come inside of a to go box, and I wanted my check. I had to head back to work. Next wave of food showed up, and the to go box contained the wrong food, not mine, and I had to wait while they took my salad back and put it in box. I paid, left, and got to work in about 8 minutes, sat down at my desk to eat, took 5 or 6 bites and threw my Chicken Cesar Salad in the trash. It was so warm from the chicken laying all over the salad leaves and all of it soaking in the dressing, that it was disgusting, and I worried I might be sick. My third and last time I will go to any Chili’s, as these last three visit’s, to 3 different locations, resulted in disappointment. McDonald’s would have been better fare, and I should have went there; at least there you expect mediocre food.

Empty tables but 20 minute wait. I like the food but I don’t like to wait when I can see 6 clean, empty tables from the doorway. Evidently, they didn’t have enough staff but sit me down and give me some free chips and I’ll happily wait. Plus, I hear unemployment is high????? maybe hire someone.
