Chuy’s is really good overall. I love their salsa. The fajitas were really good and very typical of any Mexican restaurant. The only negative is they do not have a lunch menu.
My husband and I LOVE Chuy’s! We really enjoy Tex-Mex food. The portions here are big and everything is kinda pricy, so we always split a meal. We love the guacamole, and we get it every time. We are huge guacamole fans (and critics), and Chuy’s is one of our top favorites. Since I don’t eat meat except fish, we usually get one of the vegetarian options. There aren’t many vegetarian options, but we enjoy what they do have. We especially love the vegetarian enchiladas! We usually try to go before or after the dinner rush to avoid long waits and lots of loud people in the dining room. We went at about 5:00 on a Monday night and it wasn’t crowded at all, but as soon as we left about an hour later, it was starting to get packed. People love this place! Our servers are always very nice, and our food gets out very quickly. We enjoy the fun decor and the very wonderful service we always receive at Chuy’s!
I fell in love with Chuy’s back in Texas and was thrilled when it opened here. No, not authentic mexican…but not much here is. It is genuine tex-mex. 2nd best fajitas in the country and by far the best tex mex you will find this part of the country.
Chicken Chimichanga. I used to eat at Abuelo’s but this delectable dish won Chuy’s my business. Try this large, chicken stuffed, deep fried burrito with an awesome sauce of your choice. Love it!!!
