GREAT take out. It is take out Chinese food. It is chinamerican food. It is fresh always hot and straight off the wok. All the reviews I see is slow deliver maybe the culprit. I eat in every time I eat there. I have cashew chicken excellent, I even order it spicy which they comply with. I have had the Mongolian beef is always fresh ingredients including the beef. The price is comparable the lunch special is served with an egg roll for 5.99 drink not included. The portions are large and possibly a double meal. Overall a consistent take out place with great food. I choose this over chef Ben.
BEST FRIED RICE IN TOWN. My family and I live on the other side of Knoxville (aprox. 15 miles away) but when we have a craving for Chinese food, we make the drive to Dynasty Express. My husband is Vietnamese (his family owns the nail shop next door to this place) and his whole family eats here as well. Aside from his aunt’s authentic cooking, there is no better!!! We have tried many other places across town, all to be disappointed, and come back loyally to be satisfied by Dynasty Express. My only complaints are that it is a little pricey compared to other restaurants, and I wish they had another location in west Knoxville. Fortunately, the food is worth the price and travel. LOVE LOVE LOVE their food, especially the fried rice! Two big thumbs up!
Love it. You cannot beat the general tso chicken and every other item they sell is perfect.
So disappointed! We waited an hour for the delivery (maybe 3 miles away) and were excited about Chinese food. But instead we got cold, shriveled chicken covered in tasteless sauce (sesame chicken) and sticky, bland rice. The rice wasn’t fried and I didn’t know rice could be dry, but it was. The chicken was awful and most likely came straight out of the freezer. Lesson learned: drive to Chef Ben’s.
Love this place!. The Pepper Steak is so amazing! Its great everytime! Im really picky about my chinese food, and usually only settle for P.F. Changs… But this place gets good business from me!!! I eat there a lot,. it never gets old! 🙂 I reccomend this place highly!
Bad business. I have been ordering from here 2-3 times a month for the past 3 months always spending like 30-45 dollars an order. I call today to order and they tell me that I am outside of their delivery area, They say their delivery area is 5 miles and I know for a fact that it is 4.3 miles but they didn’t believe me and wouldn’t try to hear me out. For me customer service is king and they failed.
It’s all about the lo mein, mane!. When it comes to lo mein in general, it’s either great or terrible. The lo mein at Dynasty Express is off the chain. In fact, it’s the best I’ve had. It’s even better than the lo mein at PF Chang’s, which is also very good. The noodles are excellent, and the onions and carrots are very crispy and fresh. I like to order a side of Sichuan sauce to spice it up. Best Chinese take-out in Knoxville. Nice people.
