  I ordered food from this place for delivery and when i finally got the food i started to eat and their was a dark black hair in the food i called them back to let them know and this lady i had talked to started cursing me and calling me a liar and i was only wanting my money back when i asked if she always talked to customers like this she kept calling me a liar and saying i only wanted my money back which is NOT TRUE and refused to return my money ….. This hateful woman even went so far as to say did you take a pic of the hair and further more she said she was going to black list me .If this is how a known business treat people you can black list me all you want i do not like wasting my hard earned money on hair filled food . This person will call you a liar and refuse to refund your money or offer fresh food and she went on to say that they do not even deliver if they don’t then how did she bring the food to my address if this disrespectful woman can live with stealing money i can live without it ,I have been going to this restaurant for years and now i am being called a liar over a hair that is not mine but since she asked what it looked like i told her it was a short dark black hair and she knows my hair is very long and not black. Thank you for stealing my money and no worries i will never be back. to Dynasty Express on 4911 N Broadway.. Oh and FYI you can delete this review all you want but you can not delete social media and word of mouth

  The woman on the phone that just took my order was ugly and completely rude and unprofessional. Just some advice it’s not a smart business decision to speak to your costumers like dogs! These Ppl will never have my business or the business of anyone else that I can get to listen to me rave about the despicable way they treat paying costumers . Which sucks because the food there is awesome . However still not good enough to be spoken to like a dog in the process.

  Best Chinese restaurant in Knoxville! The food is always hot and fresh. They use the finest ingredients and are not stingy when it comes to amounts. Their shrimp dishes are wonderful! All the food is amazing and it is all cooked fresh for each order. They will also add or take away spiciness on the hot dishes. Great people own the restaurant and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love Dynasty!
