Best Firehouse Subs Employee. The food is good, same as any Firehouse Subs. However, the outstanding feature of this restaurant is Charlotte. She welcomes you enthusiastically instead of the usual perfunctory greeting that is required. She is extremely friendly and hospitable. Too bad everyone Firehouse Subs doesn’t have Charlotte. She loves her work!

Horrible. The restaurant was clean, but the subs were awful. who steams subs?! we ordered 2 different subs, but they both tasted the same because the sauce over powered any other flavor.that’s all we could taste. i think they are a bit expensive for a sub shop. i wouldn’t go there again.

Great Subs. Recently went by with my son. I ordered the Hook and Ladder Sub. The food was brought to our table. The Sub was very tasty. The steaming that they do made the sub outstanding. The meat was warm and the cheese melted. The other toppings were very fresh. A very enjoyable sub. I would recommend it to anyone who likes a good Sub. I ordered a grilled cheese for my son. Who is 5 and very picky about sandwiches. I had never before seen him eat a whole sandwich bread and all. Usually it was half a sandwich or just the middle. Well, darned if he didn’t eat every bit of his grilled cheese. That’s a recommendation in my book. My only gripe is that the tables are really close together. Last thing. They have the largest selection of hot sauce I have seen in a long time. They have mild to wild. If you use the hot sauce be very careful. They had some of the really really really hot stuff on the counter.
