Good food. Poor customer service. They had me waiting a long time to get seated. Once I order fajitas and they were very good. They clearly had Wi-Fi but the manager refused to give me the passcode. I won’t be back
Chorizo dip will bring you back. My wife and I have had takeout from Habanero’s a few times, she getting a taco salad and I a burrito de chile colorado. This was working great, the pickup time is faster than my drive time, chips and salsa were packed with the food and both were great. This week, we tried the chorizo dip and it changed our lives. We use chorizo all the time, but not like this. It was easily the best $5 I’ve ever spent on food. I also remembered the California burrito is everything I could possibly want in a burrito. Try this place and you won’t regret it.
Poor customer service. My family has been a big fan of this restaurant until tonight. I had a coupon that was #1-#13 for $11.99. So that is what we purchased along with a pitcher of beer. When we checked out I was told they would not honor the coupon due to it excludes alcohol. Had I known that we would have put it on separate checks. This is an extremely poor choice of customer service. I will never go back and will tell everyone I come in contact with what a bad customer experience this was. So disappointed in Habaneros.
First visit to Habaneros. When we arrived, there was just an hour before closing. The cashier and the waiter were very gracious. We were seated quickly and just a few minutes before we ordered. The food was brought out quickly and hot. We were served a very generous amount of food, hot & very delicious. The prices are very reasonable and good parking. I’d recommend this dining establishment 100%. I will return soon.
Mixed Feelings. Our waiter wasn’t very welcoming and the manager wouldn’t honor online coupons that were accessible from their website. They required that the coupon be printed out from a printer instead of simply shown to the server. In my opinion, if you offer a coupon electronically, you should accept that coupon electronically as well.They also were unwilling to accept any substitutions on menu items (rice in place of vegetables). Some of the staff were friendly though and nice to our 21 month old daughter.
