RUDE SERVICE. My LARGE shrimp with fried rice and no vegs were thrown together and was not very appealing. It did not taste good AT ALL!!! I have been there several times before and never had this problem. When I spoke with the MANAGER DENNIS, he was very rude and combative and choose to talk over me and not listen to my complaint. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE this business again!SAVE YOUR MONEY
Love my Hibachi Factory. You bunch of cry babies just shut up! I have received only the best service in the world from them. They made a mistake 1 time on my order and I was given 3 free meals… if that is not service then I don’t know what is. I appreciate the prompt delivery service and the 99/100 accuracy on my orders. I think you guys rock!
They serve RAW Chicken and don’t Care…. Ordered two teriyaki chicken meals and the chicken was raw. Called store to inform them our chicken was raw and they could have cared less. Told me to call the general manager the next day. Tried to call next day and received same message to call back next day. Will NEVER go back to downtown west location. Would have been great to hear empathy from manager on duty, after allowing raw chicken to be consumed. My family loves Japanese food, but this was very NASTY!
Ummm, where’s my chicken?. Placed order online tonight. Used a coupon code: 2 reg chicken entrees for $10.99. I wish I’d just gone out to regular hibachi! My ‘reg’ chicken entree had only 3 small cubes of chicken in it! (Think chick fil a chicken nugget size!). I’ve ordered with them before. The regular size is typically enough for me to have dinner + lunch the next day! Plus everything (carrots) was all mixed together like I got someone’s leftovers. These are glazed carrots and they are usually on the side as they are not really the type that you would think about mixing into your hibachi. I feel like I was either ripped off or the driver got hungry on the way over here! Not sure if they reduced the size of their portion because I used a coupon or what but I would have gladly paid the $2 I saved for both of these entrees to be the normal size regular. Right now I feel like I was swindled!
Yuck. Craving hibachi, it’s Sunday and our favorite place was closed. Tried Hibachi Factory, wish I didn’t. Medium portion of hibachi chicken had only 6 pieces of chicken in it, vegetables consisted of scant amount of onions and zucchini, flavorless. If I wanted carrots I would have had to pay 1.50 extra! What I got for over 6.00 was a box of rice with 6 small pieces of chicken. Total ripoff.
Hmmm. Maybe the sauce is too sweet, or something, but i have left wit ha half eaten plate and an upset stomach all three times i have been here. seriously go to fuji or Mikata, they are a lot better and aren’t so stingy with the their sauce. oh and it won’t make you sick.
Far from authentic, however, this place is fast, cheap, and very good! I have ordered food from HF for years and have had very few bad experiences. Delivery can be kind of slow on game days so I recommend carryout during halftime on saturdays. I’m currently stuck in south Texas and nobody in this part of the country has heard of this type of Japanese food. Their sauce is SUPERB!
