GRIPE, GRIPE, GRIPE.. Ever hear the saying, You can please all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time but, you can’t please all the people all of the time. If all the people that are making these complaints are such experts in Chinese food or any other type, they should open their own food place.

Food was nasty. The chicken was mostly fat. The employee area where they fill the drinks was disgusting with food all over the floor from where they overstacked dirty plates on a cart. On top of that, the waitress was very rude and unfriendly. The only nice employee was the hostess.

The worst ever. Their food are cold and the service are bad. Don’t ever wanna go there even if free.

Best Restaurant in All of Knoxville. I have eaten at many Chinese buffets over the years, but this restaurant ranks right at the top. Actually, if serves American fare on its buffet, as well as Chinese and Japanese dishes. The American fare included Prime Rib the first time I visited and ribeye steaks on the second time I visited — along with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, and other American food.Lunch costs $7.25, but the restaurant frequently publishes coupons for $1.50 off or a free drink (which also costs $1.50). By using the Hibachi grill, I was able to get stir fry chicken with snow peas, two different kinds of onions, and mushrooms. Back at my table, I brought curry spice with me and sprinkled it on the dish. I was thus able to eat a low-fat, low sodium plate of Curry Chicken — one of my favorite meals. It is a blessing to get that heated dish in the summer months and not have to heat up the kitchen at home. What earned this restaurant 5 stars in my book, is that they serve different kinds of shrimp with no batter on them. Most Chinese restaurants serve the breaded popcorn shrimp — but those turn out to be mostly breading and very little shrimp. It is wonderful to have pure shrimp with no breading. The restaurant food is so fantastic that I elected to schedule my regular Continuing Legal Education seminars there, using one of the meeting rooms in the back. Even picky eater lawyers will find something on the massive bar that excites their palates. I consider this the best restaurant for the value in all of Knoxville — maybe even the best restaurant period in terms of the quality of the food.

This grill is terrible! No one is happy! Disgusting food! Not Polite! And not enough utensils! They also clean dirty dishes right in front of you!

All people in the restaurant are not in a good mood.. There are less and less people go there. I guess maybe it is because of the attitude of the waitress….Why so unhappy… I also don’t feel good when seeing those sad faces….

Have a strong stomach. I hate to give negative reviews but sometimes I think a restaurant just plain doesn’t care….so they deserve it. I guess I should say that in the beginning I hate buffets. I went against my better wishes but my family was starving & it was close. When we first walked in, I noticed that their health rating was an 85. My first instinct was to flee, but I knew I would get looks from the kids. Next time they will flee with me. The food was less than mediocre. Spongy textured chicken dishes, egg drop soup that was so gelatinous that you could cut it, no real crab in sight (only imitation), fried shrimp where you actually had to dissect it to find the shrimp and the clincher….a filmy greasy substance floating in all of our drinks even covering the ice. It looked like Exxon had made a pit stop at the soda fountain. I wouldn’t let my kids drink their drinks & demanded that they remove the charge from our bill. Dirty floors, dirty tables & waitresses sweeping the entire time that you eat (pet peeve of mine). I don’t care how hungry you are, pass this by until they can do a major cleanup in the food department & the furniture. I think the health department was generous by giving them an 85.
