A lot to like here. Surprised at how satisfying the food here is. They really do a good job of cooking and displaying the food in a very appetizing fashion and they have a lot of enjoyable options. I love the corn in the fried rice; nice twist on something thats usually pretty much the same at most japenese restaurants. The service here is a plus. Interior lighting and aesthetically appealing sushi make this a really good date option.

Service was sort of lukewarm, atmosphere touristy. Had the gyoza for an appitizer, it was actually pretty good. The miso however tasted like instant miso soup, the sushi like previously frozen fish. You know the kind that comes in blocks like Kroger’s. The hibachi was a bit overcooked but the sauce was good. I wouldn’t have been as disappointed if the place had been cleaner and not as overpriced.

Had Chirashi. Maybe the worst I’ve ever had. Fish seemed previously frozen Hope I don’t get sick. Place packed with people drinking sweet tea, pouring soy or shrimp sauce on salty, over cooked stir fry dishes.

Mellow ambience, friendly staff, and delicious food that was artfully presented.

Best sushi for Knoxville. Ive been to several sushi restaurants around Knoxville and this so far is the best. Food is well presented, reasonably priced, consistant. Never had a bad meal from here. Particular love the Pacific roll is awesome, has mango salsa, never seen this creation anywhere else, also love the kabuki roll and crunch shrimp roll. Fast friendly service. I drive over 100 miles from Tri Cities twice a month for this since there is nothing here that even comes close to this. Actually, nothing in Tri Cities that comes close to the worst ive tried in Knoxville.

Kapuki is the best description for this restaurant. Looks like a Knoxville Turkey Creek tourist trap with neon light ambiance and loads of nasty old soggy sushi. Don’t waste your money here Kroger or Publix has better sushi.

Real Nice Asian option. This place is located west of town but worth the drive. had lunch there and was pleased with the qty and the uniqueness of the dishes. Try the bento bowls as has about three different items including dumplings. The dishes are prepared nor do they taste liek so many of the other run of the mill asian places.i will be back to this location.1/21/16Lunch here this week and had the special 2 rolls of sushi for lunch. Spicy Tuna and Crunch Crab was good. The interior hasn’t changed much if any and was relaxing for lunch. Have a pretty good variety of the Sushi so may want to g back for dinner at some point.
