Horrible service and food! Such a shame. I think if they had employees that actually cared things would improve. they play far too much thus messing up peoples orders and overcooking food.

First off, these idiots can’t run a business at all. Everything about them is deceiving and unprofessional. Their food is absolute garbage from the presentation to the taste and quality. The worst thing about this company is the owners. They are nothing but criminals. Since 2010 they have stolen 15.8 million dollars from their employees by not reporting any income tax, healthcare and child support they draw from employee’s checks. They keep it for themselves so they can live a lavish life style without the burden of working for it. Two people that were involved with owner Andrea Rudd and her shady dealings, have commit suicide in order to not stand trial for their crimes. Andrea Rudd goes for sentencing on Aug. 13th for several felony counts. I for one will be there to see her off to prison where she belongs. Her husband, Wesley Michael Rudd is just as shady as her and twice as stupid. Do not work for these pathetic criminals.

All in all, this was probably one of the worst eating experiences ever. I used the handy online order system well in advance (granted I only provided 6 hours to prep my order for 4 adults and 2 children). Upon arrival, my food wasn’t ready so I had to wait for my food to be prepared. With the exception of the average onion rings, everything else was well below what was expected. I’m not even sure why a small stick was added to my food, but it wasn’t as tasty as one might expect.

My first visit to Knox Burgers will also be my last, and with good reason. Flavorless food, high prices, cramped conditions, and a confused presentation result in a place that looks intriguing at first glance but is little more than a gilded front. We tried two different burgers, onion rings, and sweet potato waffle fries on our visit. The burgers have all the quality of a low-tier fast food burger but without the flavor. Greasy and heaped with toppings, these could at least be palatable burgers if even one aspect of them was done well. The reality, though, is that either the owners don’t eat their own food or someone has mischievously hidden the seasoning because the final product is about as appealing as flavorless oatmeal. The fries and onion rings are, astonishingly, even more disappointing. The onion rings are served with a dipping sauce, which is absolutely necessary as the rings have no flavor. They don’t even come salted, they are literally just blandly battered onions. Dry and cardboard flavored, even two large men with big appetites pushed them away. The waffle fries are at least lightly salted, but they, too, are bland. A little bit of honey or other addition would go a long way to making them palatable, but unfortunately what could be a delicious treat is almost as bland as the abysmal onion rings. While the food is bland, the restaurant itself is quite the opposite. A schizophrenic blend of Southern culture, patriotic displays, large screen TVs all tuned to different channels, and a hip presentation result in general confusion about who the restaurant is trying to serve. The booths are uncomfortably small and any party larger than two is likely to have a difficult time. The staff are polite, friendly, and well-meaning, but I can’t help but notice that they seem under trained and uninformed. Staff stated that food would be brought to the table, but food is instead picked up. No numbers are called, so restaurant goers have to sort of guess and check to see if their meal is up.I could forgive the confusing presentation if the food was even decent, but particularly for the price any interested party would do better to patronize one of the dozens of less expensive and higher quality restaurants fast food or otherwise that can be found only a block away from this failing experiment.

The owners are a bunch of criminals. They owe many large amount of debts to vendors and businesses. They lie, steal, and cheat. They use loopholes to keep them out of jail and use the woman’s fathers name to start a new business. Google Andrea Rudd and you will see for your self. Michael Rudd hides behind his wife Andrea. Real coward and phony! Employees of these people look out, especially with your taxes, they will not pay them on their end and will cost you lots of money. They even right good reviews on there own restaurant because they suck at running a business. They will have their day!!

We tried Knox Burgers out a few weeks back and will return. Ordered take out and did have a small issue of missing item but I should have checked before I left. Thankfully we live very close and staff fully made up for mistake so no foul. We ordered the fish dinner and burger. Food was hot and fresh and my fish was cooked perfect. Wish I had more info on the burger as I caught myself eyeing her plate. And was told it was very delicious will be my next endeavor on return. Portion size was very pleasing and more than anyone needs. Even though I’m not a onion ring guy the option to get mix of both fries and rings impressed me. Menu has right amount of options so everyone should find something they can chow on. In overview excellent staff good food and a great option to have for my food needs. My tastebuds await my next visit to where burger heaven is hopefully received.
